Overview
Santosh is an impoverished, pathetic, down and out school teacher who miserably fails in everything in life. One day he tries to commit suicide, and fails even at that! Santosh looks like any other ordinary school teacher, dressed in cotton trousers and shirt, shaved clean with a band aid on his forehead. His eyes have a look of sadness - speaking of a life spent in abject poverty and a cold resentment against a cruel, heartless society.
